Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "5vmw," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the 5vmw platform, a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming and sports betting service accessible at https://5vmw.net.
• "Platform" means the 5vmw website, any associated mobile applications, and all gaming services, sportsbook features, and account functions accessible thereunder.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 5vmw Platform.
• "Player," "you," or "your" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and who uses the Platform's services.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Applicable Laws" means all laws, regulations, guidelines, and directives of the Republic of the Philippines applicable to online gaming, including but not limited to those issued by PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document submission and validation, required before withdrawal processing.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, deposit match, or other incentive offered by 5vmw to Players, subject to applicable Bonus Terms.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their 5vmw Account using supported payment methods.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered using Bonus funds before the Bonus or resulting winnings may be withdrawn.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 5vmw Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager or game stake, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 5vmw.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and any specific Bonus Terms published on the Platform. In the event of conflict between these Terms and specific Bonus Terms, the specific Bonus Terms shall prevail in respect of the relevant promotion only.

Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the 5vmw Platform. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gambling in the Philippines. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 5vmw reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement is not satisfied.

3.2 Eligible Jurisdictions

The 5vmw Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or restricted do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. 5vmw makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and that you will update your Account information promptly if any details change.

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on 5vmw:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons who have previously had a 5vmw Account suspended or permanently closed for Terms violations;
• Persons registered on any PAGCOR-mandated self-exclusion list applicable to the Platform;
• Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of 5vmw and their immediate family members;
• Persons acting on behalf of any of the above categories.

3.4 KYC Verification

All Players are required to complete Know Your Customer verification prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document — accepted documents include a PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, or Land Transportation Office (LTO) driver's license. Additional proof of address or source of funds documentation may be requested at 5vmw's discretion in accordance with AMLC compliance requirements. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request may have that request placed on hold pending verification.

Account Management

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the 5vmw Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where 5vmw identifies that a Player holds more than one Account, all duplicate Accounts will be closed, any Bonus credits associated with those Accounts will be forfeited, and winnings derived from Bonus play on duplicate Accounts may be voided.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. 5vmw will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 5vmw immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

4.3 Account Non-Transferability

Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any credits, balances, or entitlements within your Account to any third party. Any purported transfer of an Account is void and may result in the permanent closure of the Account concerned.

4.4 Account Dormancy

An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 5vmw will notify you by email prior to applying any dormancy policy to your Account. Dormant Account balances will be maintained for a period of at least thirty-six (36) months from the date of last activity, after which applicable dormancy fees or balance forfeiture policies may apply in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines then in effect.

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

5vmw accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP).

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set per payment method and per account tier, and are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of transaction. 5vmw reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time in accordance with regulatory or operational requirements.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. 5vmw does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and complies with AMLC requirements. Where the original payment method is unavailable, alternative arrangements may be made subject to additional identity verification at 5vmw's discretion.

5.5 Third-Party Payments

Deposits from payment accounts not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from a third-party source will be returned, the associated transaction voided, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation. You must at all times use only payment methods registered in your own name and linked to your verified Account identity.

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other incentives offered by 5vmw are subject to specific Bonus Terms published alongside each promotion. Bonus Terms include but are not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds for sports bets, maximum bet amounts while a bonus is active, and expiry periods.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Bonus Terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering on different game types may contribute to requirements at different rates — for example, slots may contribute 100% while table games contribute a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates applicable to each promotion will be stated in the relevant Bonus Terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

5vmw actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting promotional terms through low-risk hedging strategies, using automated software to place bonus-qualifying bets, and collusion with other Players to extract bonus value. Where bonus abuse is identified, 5vmw reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, close the Account, and report the activity to PAGCOR where appropriate.

6.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

5vmw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where the promotion has been published in error or is being exploited in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose. Bonuses already credited to an Account prior to modification will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

Betting Rules

7.1 Casino Games

All casino games on the 5vmw Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator technology. Game rules are displayed within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules will apply to that game. Technical malfunctions void all game plays and stakes are returned.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports bets are accepted subject to the odds and markets displayed on the 5vmw sportsbook at the time of bet placement. Bets are binding once confirmed. 5vmw reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where an obvious pricing error has occurred. In-play bets are accepted subject to the current live state of the event and may be suspended during critical moments at 5vmw's discretion.

7.3 Odds and Pricing Errors

Where an odds or pricing error is identified — whether on casino games, sports markets, or any other product — 5vmw reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Players' Accounts. 5vmw will endeavour to identify and correct pricing errors promptly. Systematic exploitation of manifest errors constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 8.

7.4 Bet Acceptance

5vmw reserves the right to decline any bet or limit the maximum stake on any market at its absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason. This right applies to all Players and all markets, including popular events such as PBA games, NBA, UFC, and international tournaments.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5vmw Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain rather than reporting them to 5vmw;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, including coordinating bets to achieve guaranteed outcomes or exploit promotional structures;
• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in doing so;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose;
• Placing bets using funds derived from criminal activity;
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event on which bets have been placed on 5vmw;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal;
• Allowing any other person to access or use your Account, whether or not for payment.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 5vmw Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the property of 5vmw or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without 5vmw's prior written consent.

The 5vmw name, logo, and all associated branding are registered or unregistered trademarks of 5vmw. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any 5vmw trademark or branding without express written authorisation.

Privacy and Data

5vmw collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for purposes including Account administration, KYC verification, transaction processing, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and where you have opted in, marketing communications. Your data is never sold to unaffiliated third parties.

You may exercise your rights under the Data Privacy Act, including rights of access, correction, and deletion, by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Requests will be processed in accordance with applicable legal timelines.

Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

5vmw does not guarantee that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous basis. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, and technical failures may occur. 5vmw shall not be liable for any losses — whether direct, indirect, or consequential — arising from Platform unavailability, provided that where a bet or game play is interrupted due to a technical fault, the applicable void rules in Section 7 will apply and stakes will be returned.

11.2 General Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Laws, 5vmw's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of your Real Money Balance at the time the relevant claim arises. 5vmw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, regardless of the basis of the claim.

11.3 No Liability for Gambling Losses

Gambling inherently involves financial risk and the possibility of monetary loss. 5vmw does not accept liability for gambling losses incurred on the Platform by any Player. By registering, you acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with gambling and that losses incurred through legitimate gameplay are not recoverable from 5vmw.

11.4 Force Majeure

5vmw shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government action, civil unrest, failures of telecommunications infrastructure, or acts of third-party service providers.

Responsible Gaming

5vmw is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this regard seriously under PAGCOR licensing requirements. The Platform provides tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion options.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available within their Account settings, which allow for a cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

5vmw reserves the right to impose responsible gaming interventions, including mandatory deposit limits or temporary account suspension, where player behaviour indicates risk of harm, even absent a player-initiated request.

Suspension and Termination

13.1 Suspension by 5vmw

5vmw may suspend your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms, are engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or where suspension is required by law or regulatory direction. During a suspension period, access to Account funds may be restricted pending investigation.

13.2 Permanent Closure by 5vmw

5vmw may permanently close your Account where: a Terms violation is confirmed; you are found to have provided false registration information; KYC verification cannot be completed; regulatory requirements mandate closure; or where closure is in 5vmw's reasonable operational or legal interests. Where an Account is closed for Terms violations, any Bonus balances and winnings derived from Prohibited Conduct will be forfeited. Verified Real Money Balances will be returned subject to completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

13.3 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 5vmw support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any applicable compliance requirements.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the 5vmw Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute, you must first contact 5vmw customer support at [email protected] and allow 5vmw a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter informally. 5vmw will endeavour to respond to formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days of receipt of full particulars of the dispute.

14.3 Regulatory Escalation

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Players who are Philippine residents may escalate complaints to PAGCOR through its established player complaint channels. 5vmw fully cooperates with PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes and will comply with any binding determination issued by PAGCOR in respect of a Player complaint.

14.4 Jurisdiction

Subject to any mandatory PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines in respect of any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms or use of the 5vmw Platform.
